Immediately! Once you enroll, you’ll receive your onboarding link and everything you need to begin within minutes.

No. Each team member receives their own personalized link and completes their DISC+Values assessment and video debrief on their own time—no meetings required. For the Momentum and Alignment Packages we'll walk you through how to engage more deeply with your team as the program progresses.  

A private group of other leaders also going through the Momentum or Alignment program. It's a space for idea-sharing, peer support, and collaborative growth.

You’ll receive reflection prompts, light accountability check-ins, and tools to help you apply what you're learning in real time.

A live, facilitated workshop (virtual or in-person) designed to deepen team trust, alignment, and communication. It can focus on topics like conflict resolution, collaboration, or psychological safety—tailored to your team's needs. NOTE: Travel Expenses are not included in the in-person experience.  If you choose the in person experience we'll work with you to minimize travel expenses.  

Absolutely. During your strategy planning, we’ll align the workshop content with your current team goals, challenges, or strategic priorities.

Once enrolled, each team member receives an invite to the Team Insights Community—an interactive space with shared learning, ongoing support, and monthly themes.

We can absolutely support larger teams. There is an incremental charge for teams larger than 15.  Let us know on your intake form or clarity call, and we’ll tailor the experience to fit your organization’s needs.
